Well, it's winter... finally. It took its sweet time about coming. Just spent two consecutive days out in the woods of two different parks and it was amazing. I love how crisp the air is, how the breeze feels on my face, how the trees may've lost their leaves but they haven't lost their beauty. I love the trees in the winter. There's something mysterious about trees without leaves, the twisted mangled branches just cry out of somebody to climb them -- or in my case take a picture of them.

The next part of winter that I'm looking forward to -- besides the "naked" trees-- is snow. I love snow. Like a lot. I can't wait for the next snowfall. Whenever the next snowfall is I hope it sticks around for Christmas.
